We are a small team on the shore, so the person who answers you is the one who will be in the water with you — usually Yousra first, then the instructor or guide who suits your plan. Email reaches us most reliably and lets us reply in full; for something quick, the phone is fine during opening hours. Telling us your experience level, what you would like to do and roughly when lets us reply with a real recommendation and a price rather than more questions.
The centre is right on the Mashraba shore in Dahab, a short walk from the main strip, with the water on our doorstep. You are welcome to drop in and say hello while you are in town — many divers do, to look at the kit and meet the team before they book. No appointment is needed just to call by.

The same day, every day — we are open seven days a week. Because we reply personally, the answer comes from someone who actually dives here and can give you a real recommendation, not an automated message.
For a single fun dive, often not — call by and we can usually fit you in. For courses and busy periods, a few days' notice helps us reserve an instructor and keep the group small. Just ask and we will tell you honestly what is available.
Diving has some health considerations, and for courses you will complete a standard medical questionnaire; certain conditions need a doctor's sign-off. Ask us if you are unsure — we would always rather check first than have a problem in the water. The safety page explains.
Yes — we are right on the Mashraba shore and you are welcome to call by during opening hours to look at the kit, meet the team and talk through what you would like to do. Many divers prefer to size us up in person before booking, and we are glad when they do; there is no pressure either way.
We can point you to places to stay and the easiest ways to reach Dahab, and to people we trust, but we do not book your accommodation or travel — diving is what we do. We would rather do that one thing well than dabble in arranging your whole trip badly.
