Prices

Fair prices, every one of them in the open.

We publish our prices plainly here rather than hiding them behind a "request a quote" wall, because you deserve to know what diving with us actually costs before you ever write to us. Prices are shown in euros for clarity across our visiting divers; you can pay in Egyptian pounds at the prevailing rate, confirmed before you commit, with no markup hidden in the conversion. Everything you need — equipment, tanks, weights, guiding and the centre's safety provision — is included in the figures below, with no separate kit charge, and multi-day diving works out cheaper per day, as the packages show. There is no equipment surcharge, no booking fee, and nothing extra sprung on you at the water's edge — the number you agree before you arrive is the number you pay.

The rest of what we offer, priced.

Beyond the headline three, here is the rest of what we offer and what it costs. Multi-day diving and courses always work out better value per day than booking piecemeal, so if you are diving for several days do tell us — we will build the package rate in rather than make you ask for it. Everything in this table includes equipment, tanks and guiding, just as the headline prices do.

Price questions

Paying and packages.

Is equipment really included?

Yes — every price includes all the equipment you need, well-maintained and fitted to you. There is no separate kit-hire charge. If you bring your own gear we are happy to use it, but nothing requires you to.

Do multiple dives cost less?

Yes. A package of dives works out cheaper per dive than booking them one at a time — our 6-dive package brings the per-dive price down, and longer stays can be quoted better still. If you are diving for several days, tell us and we will give you the best rate.

Can I pay in Egyptian pounds?

Yes. Prices are shown in euros for clarity, but you can pay in pounds at the prevailing rate, which we confirm before you commit. There is no markup hidden in the conversion, and no card surcharge.

What if a dive is cancelled for weather?

If we call off a dive for conditions or safety, you are not charged for it — you either reschedule or are refunded for the unrun dives. We never charge for a dive we decided was unsafe to run; that would be exactly the wrong incentive, rewarding us for forcing risky dives, which is the last thing a safe centre should ever be paid to do.

Is the try-dive money wasted if I then do a course?

No — the cost of a try-dive counts toward a full open-water course if you decide to go on, so you lose nothing by testing the water first. Many divers start exactly this way: a try-dive to be sure they love it, then the full course with the first dive already behind them.

Are there any hidden charges?

None. The price you see includes equipment, tanks, guiding and the centre's safety provision. Park or marine fees at certain sites, where they apply, are small, fixed and told to you upfront — never a surprise at the water's edge.

Why are your prices not the cheapest in town?

Because small groups, well-maintained kit and proper safety cost a little more to provide than cramming a big group onto cheap gear. We are not the cheapest and we do not try to be; we are fair value for diving done safely and well. If the lowest price is your only measure, another centre will undercut us — and we would gently suggest asking them how big their groups are.

Do you offer rates for groups or long stays?

Yes. A group booking or a longer stay of repeated diving brings the per-dive or per-day cost down, and we are happy to put together a fair package. Tell us your numbers and your dates and we will quote you honestly, with the discount built in rather than held back.

How payment works

Pay simply, with nothing hidden.

Paying us is straightforward. You can settle by card or in cash at the centre, or pay in advance for a course or package; payment is taken through a secure, regulated channel and we never hold your full card details ourselves. The booking form is submitted by the post method, so nothing sensitive appears in a web address. The figure you are quoted is the whole figure — equipment, tanks, guiding and the centre's safety provision are all included, and there is no kit-hire surcharge or charge sprung on you at the water's edge.

We are also fair when plans change, because the sea is not always our friend. If we call off a dive for conditions or safety, you are not charged for it — you reschedule or are refunded the unrun dives. If you need to cancel a booking, we are reasonable about it rather than punitive. We are a small centre that depends on divers thinking well of us and telling their friends, and treating people fairly over money is simply part of that. How your details are handled is on the privacy page.
